Prior to beginning his financial planning career, Michael was a health care executive for almost 10 years, working primarily on behalf of hospital systems in the Midwest.  He now has more than 19 years of experience working with affluent individuals, families and their closely held entities, serving as their 'family CFO'.

Prior to founding Stauros Financial in 2014, Michael was a financial advisor with Raymond James & Associates and UBS Financial Services.  Michael holds dual master's degrees in business administration and health care administration from the University of Missouri.  He serves in a variety of community and professional activities.  He currently plays in the worship band at Fellowship of Grace Church in Parkville, Missouri. 

Michael also has the wonderful blessing to be a husband to Leslie and father to Lucas, Nathan and Katherine.

Michele joined Cornerstone Wealth Management in 2014, bringing over 20 years of administrative, client services and office experience. She previously worked in the insurance industry for over 16 years.

Michele has a genuine interest in helping others and is focused on providing excellent customer service and advisor support.

Michele loves spending time with her children, Nick and Alexandria.  In her spare time, she enjoys many outdoor activities.  Barbequing, camping, entertaining and spending time with family and friends are just a few of her passions.
